According to a police statement, Jordan Fineanganofo was said to have driven his car along with Steven’s ambulance. He stalked him for at least 30 seconds before stabbing him to death. Tougher was in no position to defend himself when Jordan Fineanganofo passed him. Police then fired a stun gun at suspect Jordan Fineanganofo and charged him with the incident.
