According to sources, both teenagers went to Hamdan’s house on March 21 for a test drive at night. As we have seen the CCTV footage shows Hamdan getting into the car with the teenagers. The victim was found unconscious in the 700 block of Port Richmond Way, Arlington. When he was taken to the hospital at that time, doctors declared him dead. Police said during the test drive, one of the suspects pulled out a gun and shot and killed Humdan as they were driving across Port Richmond Road.
