A woman has criticized department store Kmart for selling inappropriate Christmas-themed children’s books.
Holiday shopping can be a thrill. Whether you’re browsing or looking to buy, it’s fun for everyone.
Sometimes you come across new products that are interesting enough to buy, and other times you’re not.
However, when one mother saw a children’s book with an inappropriate Christmas theme, she was quite upset. She then took to TikTok to reveal details about the book.
Woman applauds children’s book for its ability to stimulate the senses despite protesting its inappropriateness
A mother who goes by the name “Klyanne” on TikTok was shopping in the children’s section of Kmart when she saw a children’s holiday book.
Immediately, she was offended by its inappropriateness, as the cover featured a soft image of Santa’s butt.
Although Klyanne applauded the book for its sensory play for children, she felt more uneasy about the book.
In her viral TikTok, where she recommends a book titled “Santa’s Stuck,” she captions the video, “Don’t get me wrong, I love Kmart, but I don’t think this is for kids ”.
The book itself shows Santa bent over and stuck in various places as the pages are turned. To help him, the book encouraged readers to push Santa’s butt.
Even though the book’s target audience is children, Klyanne assured that she felt it was “not for children”.
Klyanne also turned off comments on her TikTok videos, to determine viewer opinions. However, it’s clear that Klyanne doesn’t approve.
