Kyle Jacobs, Kellie Pickler’s husband and fellow musician, died on Friday, February 17, from a self-inflicted gunshot wound. The event occurred around 1:21 p.m. and officers were immediately dispatched to Pickler’s apartment. Kyle and Kellie had been married for a long time and had no children. The circumstances surrounding Jacobs’ suicide remain unknown, however, Kellie told police that her husband had been absent since she woke up. Pickler’s assistant called police officers for help when the upstairs bedroom door refused to open.<\/p>
