Jimmy ‘MrBeast’ Donaldson has had enough of deepfake scam ads that use AI to mimic his appearance and voice, and he’s calling on social media companies to take action.<\/p>\n

YouTube’s biggest star MrBeast boasts over 188 million subscribers and continues to break viewership records.<\/p>\n

However, being one of the world’s biggest creators also comes with its downsides. Many scammers often try to exploit MrBeast’s strong brand image, generous reputation and loyal fan base for both views and money.<\/p>\n

In 2022, he criticized \u201cfake\u201d YouTube ads that used his image to falsely claim he was giving away money.<\/p>\n

A year later, the YouTuber is once again encountering these scam ads, which are now using AI technology to realistically mimic his appearance and voice.<\/p>\n

MrBeast calls for action against deepfake scam ads<\/h2>\n

On Twitter\/X, he shared his frustrations with deceptive ads and demanded action from the social media companies themselves.<\/p>\n

\u201cA lot of people are getting this deepfake scam ad from me\u2026 are social media platforms ready to handle the rise of deepfake AI? This is a serious problem.” MrBeast posted.<\/p>\n

It features an example video of a fake AI ad on TikTok, which shows a deepfake version of Donaldson speaking directly to the camera.<\/p>\n
