Drake equaled Michael Jackson’s legendary record for male solo artist with the most number-one songs on the Billboard Hot 100 – and he celebrated with a fighting game.<\/p>\n

Drizzy is about to release his latest album, ‘For All the Dogs’, which sees the Canadian rapper team up with fellow artist J. Cole for a track called ‘First Person Shooting’.<\/p>\n

The song rose to number one on Billboard’s Hot 100 chart, officially tying Drake with King of Pop Michael Jackson for the male solo artist with the most number-one songs in Billboard Hot 100 history.<\/p>\n

This means Drake now boasts a total of 13 songs that have topped the Hot 100 – a record that has not been broken since Michael Jackson’s “You Are Not Alone” was released in 1995. ( Yes, Millennials – you are now old.)<\/p>\n

To celebrate, ‘Champagne Papi’ posted a humorously edited photo of MJ on his Instagram page, showing the late artist posing for a selfie in front of a mirror holding an iPhone.<\/p>\n

He also posted a few photos to his Instagram Stories, arguing that he technically has 14 No. 1 hits, but Billboard doesn’t seem to count his presence in ‘Sicko Mode’ by Travis Scott.<\/p>\n

Drake celebrates the Billboard Hot 100 with a fighting game<\/h2>\n

However, one of his celebratory Insta stories caught the special attention of fighting game fans. The story shows a photo of Drake, overlaid with a GIF of an anime character doing some Michael Jackson-inspired moves.<\/p>\n

Turns out this isn’t just a generic anime version of MJ; instead, it’s a playable character from the Blazblue fighting game franchise named Hazama.<\/p>\n
