Captain Sandy from Below Deck Med<\/p>\n

Fans of Below Deck Med Season 8 are under the impression that Captain Sandy encourages drama among the staff.<\/p>\n

Below Deck Med fans have always been divided over Captain Sandy’s leadership skills. While some viewers were under the impression that the captain was a great leader and had her own unique way of running the ship, others believed she was guilty of inciting drama.<\/p>\n

In the current season of Below Deck Med, some fans have argued that the captain intentionally delayed the Tumi\/Natalya drama in order to have a more compelling storyline on the show. In the past, fans assumed that Captain Sandy was more interested in the TV show aspect of Below Deck Med than the professionalism of her crew members.<\/p>\n

Will the Below Deck Med star really contribute to the on-screen drama by not joining early? Fans of the show weigh in.<\/p>\n

Fans accuse Captain Sandy of dragging out the drama on Below Deck Med<\/h2>\n

During Season 8 of the hit Bravo show, Tumi and Natalya were involved in a heated feud. They have been working together for days but still butt heads, with Natalya refusing to put aside their differences.<\/p>\n

Even when Tumi confides in Captain Sandy by telling her about her struggle with Nat, the captain’s reaction is to wait things out by suggesting that Tumi try being nice to Natalya.<\/p>\n

It wasn’t until Tumi and Natalya’s explosive fight later in the episode that the captain intervened.<\/p>\n

Some fans noticed a delay in Captain Sandy’s action, suggesting it was done to prolong the film.<\/p>\n

\u201cAm I the only one who thinks that Captain Sandy’s inaction contributed to the conflict among the staff?\u201d one fan asked in the Reddit thread below.<\/p>\n

One commenter responded to this thread by saying that Sandy was too \u201cwitchy\u201d for the movie.<\/p>\n

\u201cSandy contributes to her employees the same way someone is contributing to extinguishing a forest fire by splashing water with a teaspoon,\u201d they wrote.<\/p>\n

Another fan defended Sandy, saying she couldn’t win. She is described by fans as either too strict or too indulgent. \u201cSo is she a micromanager or is she at fault?\u201d They asked, \u201cBecause she gets criticized for both things here, and it makes no sense.\u201d<\/p>\n
