A DoorDash driver has TikTok viewers divided after confronting a customer for ‘lying’ about not receiving her order.<\/p>\n

In a viral clip with 1.5 million views, DoorDasher Jade (jadecharde) confronts customer Kirsten after receiving a violation on her account due to the woman claiming to not receive food give it to her.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis bitch Kirsten is going to tell DoorDash she never got her damn food. Damn it. Why the hell do I have to go back? Kirsten?\u201d Jade said, pointing to Kirsten’s order sitting outside her door.<\/p>\n

The customer appeared surprised to see the delivery driver, prompting Jade to ask: “Are you Kirsten?” The woman, looking confused, replied: \u201cYes. Why?”<\/p>\n

DoorDash driver confronts ‘lying’ customer<\/h2>\n

\u201cYou say you’ve never gotten food on DoorDash? They literally breached my account because the food never arrived,\u201d the TikToker said. \u201cI swear to God I didn’t commit any violations,\u201d Kirsten replied, explaining that she was \u201casleep\u201d when the food arrived.<\/p>\n

\u201cWell, they broke it for me,\u201d Jade said, \u201cI told them you got the food, so if they ask you or something, you need to let them know you got it.\u201d .\u201d Kirsten assures Jade that she will do so before the video cuts off.<\/p>\n

In the comments, many TikTok users sided with the DoorDash driver and said Jade was being dishonest. \u201cIf she was ‘sleeping’ how did she say it wasn’t delivered?” one person wrote. \u201cGlad you confronted her,” another added. “She was trying to get that refund credit,\u201d said a third.<\/p>\n

However, others defend customers. One user commented: “She definitely doesn’t know why she left the food out there.” \u201cBut if she lied, why did she leave the food in the hallway?\u201d another asked. \u201cShe seems genuine,\u201d another shared.<\/p>\n
