This is the first hearing in the case involving the former president against the car. <\/p>\n<p>    Among other things, Ghosn is accused of financial malfeasance.  It was, therefore, in 2018 and in Japan, and he was arrested, but in December he escaped from the United States, because he is in danger from a Japanese prison cell. <\/p>\n<p>    He was, there would be no chance of a fair trial because the justice system in the country, according to him, is focused on executions. <\/p>\n<p>    The former president of the Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi alliance is a case in the Netherlands, brought against his former employers, which Nissan-Mitsubishi, for example in the Netherlands, will be registered because his dismissal is illegal, that would be great.  They would talk about the dismissal only to avoid it, Renault and Nissan will continue to integrate into society. <\/p>\n<p>    The former officer is seeking compensation of 15 million euros.  Ghosn sought compensation of 15 million euros from the car manufacturer, which, among other things, may have violated the country&rsquo;s labor law. <\/p>\n<p>    &ldquo;Nissan and Mitsubishi are, Ghosn has publicly criticized,&rdquo; one of his lawyers said on Monday.  &ldquo;The reports and allegations were not from Ghosn. It was not a fair trial.&rdquo; <\/p>\n<p>    The activity, for which Ghosn was approached, would be known to the manufacturer.  That seems to be the case.
