Kevin Franke is the husband of Ruby Franke and the subject of the YouTube channel 8 Passengers. On Wednesday, August 30, 2023, Ruby was taken into custody and charged with two counts of aggravated child abuse. The Washington County Sheriff’s Office told US magazine that her business partner was also taken into custody. The two were detained, as the police announced, for “intentionally or knowingly committing serious child abuse”.<\/p>
