Bradley Jay Little (born February 15, 1954) is the 33rd Governor of Idaho, taking office in January 2019. He previously served as the 42nd Lieutenant Governor of Idaho from 2009 to 2019. He is a Republican. Little served in the Idaho Senate from 2001 to 2009, chairing the majority caucus and representing legislative districts 8 and 11 (since redistricting in 2002).[1] He defeated Democratic candidate Paulette Jordan in the 2018 gubernatorial election, giving the Republican Party its sixth consecutive gubernatorial victory in Idaho. <\/p>
