Things don\u2019t go to plan and on the return journey, one of the teens discovers their cancer has returned and is terminal.<\/p>\n<p>This see-sawing emotional tale will require more than a few tissues with several moments throughout the movie seemingly orchestrated for tears. If you like the movie, give the book of the same name a crack.
