A Florida court has ruled that a group of people sued by Andrew Tate for defamation will not be named due to threats of violence against them.<\/p>\n

When Andrew Tate and his brother Tristian fought multiple accusations of rape and human trafficking, the two went on the offensive, suing for defamation.<\/p>\n

The brothers allege that they were falsely accused by a group that conspired against them, costing them millions of dollars as well as their freedom as a result.<\/p>\n

While the two are seeking $300 million in damages, their accusers will not be named in court after threats were made against them, despite objections from Tates’ lawyers.<\/p>\n

Andrew Tate’s accusers will not be named in court following threats<\/h2>\n

On X, lawyer Rob Freund<\/a> reported that the defendants in the case asked the court not to use their real names, citing threats to their lives.<\/p>\n

The shared document further revealed a number of threats made which the court deemed credible.<\/p>\n

In a post with just eight likes on Instagram, one user commented \u201cI’m about to meet a killer.\u201d<\/p>\n

A direct message sent to one of the defendants said: \u201cChanging your name won’t help. The world knows your name and what you are doing to innocent brothers. You will get what is coming to you.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cYou deserve to die,\u201d another user wrote while messaging the defendant on Instagram.<\/p>\n
