Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel has claimed that the sexual assault case brought against him by his ex-partner Samantha ‘Adept’ Lopez will be dropped if he pays her a large sum of money.
xQc’s legal saga with former partner Adept continues even after the case is said to have ended.
She sued him over sexual assault allegations after the couple broke up, which has since become a public matter.
Now, just days after Adept accused xQc of paying his Twitch moderator for sex, the dramatic saga isn’t over as Felix details his legal case that with Adept.
xQc claims Adept wants to solve sexual assault for “millions of people”
While streaming on October 3, the former professional Overwatch player began chatting with viewers about the timeline of events in the investigation.
“There was an application from the other side for a protection order against me, so they had to protect me because I had committed domestic violence.
“The claims are extremely outrageous, baseless, untrue and did not happen. And, they were so far away that I didn’t even know what I was reading when it was given to me,” xQc said.
He then explained that the case was referred to the “Grand Jury” as well as other law enforcement agencies, such as “Detectives,” where he said he spoke with them for hours.
The streamer explained how the case ended: “There was no good reason to go any further and it just stopped there and there were no warrants, no arrests, nothing, it just stop right there.”
xQc then went into detail about what the legal documents stated if Adept dropped the case: “The settlements required a large sum of millions of dollars for the case to be resolved.”
At the time of writing, Adept has not yet responded to the claims and she has been banned from Twitch for unknown reasons.
