Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel has reportedly been cleared of sexual assault allegations from ex-partner Samantha ‘Adept’ Lopez, as legal documents appear to reveal that the criminal investigation into the matter has closed without conviction.

The saga of xQc and Adept’s public split continues. According to previous reports, having previously been “de facto married” in 2020, the couple filed for divorce on November 14, 2022. Months later, Adept apparently filed for an Order of Protection on June 9, 2023.

This Order of Protection is based on allegations of “conduct constituting domestic violence” because the Respondent (xQc) allegedly “harmed or threatened to harm” the Applicant (Adept). As a result, the two must maintain a distance of 350ft at all times, and the former is prohibited from discussing any matters related to their relationship in public, including Twitch livestreams.

However, much of what was requested was redacted not only because it contained “identifying information” but also because of its connection to other ongoing proceedings.

In particular, one section, Exhibit C, claims to be related to the sexual assault allegations against xQc. Although details regarding Exhibit C were not provided, the accompanying statement appears to clarify the outcome of the relevant criminal investigation.

“The information in Exhibit C is exempt from disclosure because it is internal law enforcement information and records related to a closed criminal investigation that ended in a result other than a conviction or adjournment of trial.”
