xQc immediately exited Wordle after the word hit too close to home 2023

Twitch star Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel had to leave Wordle after realizing that the answer was a little too close to home for him.

The New York Times Daily Wordle puzzle remains one of the most popular games for streamers, but one of the answers recently matched xQc.

During the December 3 broadcast, the French Canadian was solving the puzzle and after his first two guesses of Earth and Attic helped him solve it, the third guess put him in a position very awkward.

After typing “Adopt”, everything except the letter O was in the correct position, making viewers excited because the answer was similar to the name Adept, xQc’s ex-girlfriend.

Immediately, xQc exited Wordle and continued closing his tabs, clearly confused by the possibility that ‘Adept’ might be the answer.

Moments after closing Wordle, xQc opened it and correctly guessed “adaptation,” but the wild clip was viewed nearly 200,000 times on Twitch.

The nasty breakup between xQc and Adept was one of the biggest streamer stories of 2023.

Adept has stated that she has been married to xQc for three years and technically has ownership of xQc’s McLaren supercar because it is in her name. Furthermore, leaked documents say that Lengyel was banned from discussing the topic on stream.
