Former Twitch star Tfue came out of brief retirement to stream on Kick.
Tfue was one of the biggest creators on Twitch before retiring in June 2023. He announced his retirement by posting a video to YouTube after a two-month absence.
Tfue’s content mainly focuses on Fortnite when it became popular in 2017. He played professionally for several years and signed with FaZe Clan for a short period of time.
After posting his video on YouTube, Tfue became silent on social networks. This is because he wishes to “live his life” as he explained in his retirement video.
Tfue left Twitch to come to Kick
During the announcement on November 19, Tfue posted another video. This time it’s Twitter/X, his first post on the platform in nearly five months.
In the video, Tfue returns to his original setup, now wearing a Kick hat to mark his return to streaming. But this time on a new platform.
“What’s wrong, you bastard? I’m back,” Tfue said in conclusion his videos.
The video went viral on social networks immediately after it was posted. In just half an hour, the video gained more than 200,000 views on Twitter/X and nearly 1,000 comments.
“Big W,” streamer SypherPK said. “Gotta see you on the OG map before it’s gone.”
Tfue’s return was called the ‘W’ word by most commentators. Other Fortnite streamers like TimTheTatman, Symfuhny, and Clix all came out to congratulate Tfue on his return to content creation.
