PRINCE Harry appears to have lashed out at his family in his latest Netflix show – claiming he had no support network following the death of Princess Diana.
The Duke of Sussex says he was left “lying in the fetal position” and “bouncing off the walls” after leaving Afghanistan for his new project – Heart of Invictus.

The new show explores the lives of injured and ill military veterans taking part in the Paralympic-style Invictus Games.
And in the second episode, he opened up about his mental health.
He said: “I can only speak from personal experience – my tour of Afghanistan in 2011 flying an Apache.
“Sometime after that, the unraveling happened and my return from Afghanistan was the trigger.
“But the stuff that was coming in was from 1997 – from the age of 12.
“Losing my mom at such a young age, the trauma I had, I was never aware of.
– It was never discussed and I didn’t really talk about it.
Harry says he suppressed his emotions “as most young people would do.”
He added: “But when it all came down, I was bouncing off the walls.
“I was thinking about what’s going on here – now I feel everything, instead of being numb.
“My biggest struggle was that no one around me could help me.
“I didn’t have that support structure, that network or that professional advice to identify what was really going on with me.
“Unfortunately, like most of us, the first time you really think about therapy is when you’re lying on the floor in the fetal position probably wishing you’d addressed some of these things sooner.”
In an earlier episode, Harry revealed the conversations he had with his son Archie about what the boy wanted to be when he grew up.
Speaking to athletes at the Invictus Games, which he founded for wounded soldiers, Harry said he would be proud of young Archie.
The Duke told the crowd: “When I talk to my son Archie about what he wants to be when he grows up, one day it’s an astronaut, another day it’s a pilot.
“But what I remind him is that no matter what you want to be when you grow up, what matters most is your character.
“And nothing would make his mom and I prouder than to see him have the character of what we see in front of us today – you.”
Harry’s wife Meghan also made a brief appearance in the documentary – sharing an emotional message about family.
The Duchess of Sussex (42) thanked the family and friends of the veteran who participated in the fourth episode.
Meghan said: “Thank you so much for your service and thank you to all the family and friends who are here with you on your journey, because this is service, this is commitment and this is the Invictus family.”
Royal expert Angela Levin says she believes Harry has shown he feels “superior” throughout the document.
She told the Sun: “He was very grandiose because on the show he doesn’t travel to do interviews.
“He feels very grandiose and it’s ironic because now he’s a normal member of society.
“His mental analysis is that he’s too superior for anyone to need.”
It comes after Harry surprised moviegoers at the premiere in California.
Vojvoda joked with fans and veterans at the release of his latest project.

Prince Harry Talking About His Mental Health
Harry appeared at a screening at a cinema in Chula Vista in San Diego County on Monday night, reports Hello!.
After the screening, he posed for photos with viewers and well-wishers after addressing the crowd.
He joked: “Nice to see you all. Nice of you to dress up for the occasion. [No] Suits and ties?”
He then added, “I wanted to say thank you very much for coming tonight. You will see Heart of Invictus, which has been in the making for the past two years, before anyone else.
“It comes out on Wednesday, you watch it tonight – well, at least two episodes, to kind of whet your appetite for the rest.”
The show comes almost three years after Harry and Meghan signed a multi-million dollar deal with Netflix, believed to be worth £88 million.
The Invictus Games were launched by Harry in 2014 and the next competition is due to take place next month in Dusseldorf, Germany.
The duo first inked a deal with Netflix in September 2020, committing to a multi-year deal.
The deal allows Harry and Meghan to produce documentaries, films, scripted shows, series and children’s programs under the name of their company Archewell Productions.
This comes after the Sussexes have seen several business ventures recently.
Meghan’s podcast Archetypes has been dropped by Spotify, leaving the former actress’ £18m contract hanging in the balance.
The mum-of-two was even branded “lazy” at the end of her controversial podcast.
Rumors started that she didn’t interview her own guests after one thanked the producer for being a “great interviewer” instead of Meghan herself.
And just last year, Netflix released the 42-year-old’s upcoming animated series Pearl.
She worked on it with Elton John’s producer husband David Furnish – but the series was shelved due to falling Netflix subscribers.
