The members of the Red Team in Hell’s Kitchen Season 22 seem to be strongly aroused by Carmen Ibarra. Her actions are rubbing people the wrong way. Here are the details.
After watching the third episode of Hell’s Kitchen Season 22, it’s safe to say that Carmen Ibarra’s teammates aren’t exactly her biggest fans.
The first few episodes have made it clear that Carmen doesn’t quite fit in with the other contestants on the show.
She hasn’t done much to portray herself as a friendly or likable person… so the reactions we see from her teammates are predictable. This is why the Red Team has no sympathy for Carmen.
The Red Team doesn’t like working with Carmen
Carmen Ibarra is on the far left of Hell’s Kitchen.
Early on in Episode 3, Carmen spent time complaining about the Red Team’s communication style. She had a lot to say, but Reniesha didn’t say it. Reniesha clapped back saying that Carmen was the reason the entire team failed because Carmen was incapable of handling it one egg.
The two started yelling back and forth, leaving Sandra and the rest of the Red Team feeling embarrassed. Visitors witnessed the entire ordeal!
Claudia was assigned the responsibility of poaching lobsters, but she clearly didn’t keep up with her duties. Luckily, she was able to make up for lost time after being confronted by Gordon Ramsay, who noticed her lobster was still alive.
Instead of letting Gordon do his job, Carmen feels the need to step in and yell at Claudia, “Wake up!” Not long after, Donya began to get annoyed with Carmen’s general communication style.
She feels like Carmen should make more of an effort to properly fit in with the group given their circumstances. Carmen’s lack of mature communication skills, unwillingness to apologize, and constant mistakes in the kitchen created a major rift between her and the rest of the Red Team.
It’s likely that she won’t have as many problems with the people she’s matched with if she’s willing to stop annoying people the wrong way by correcting her tone and becoming someone who’s easy to work with. same more.
