Having experience working in a Michelin Star restaurant equates to some real talent in the kitchen. Somehow, that didn’t happen for Hell’s Kitchen contestant Jason.
If you’ve ever worked at a Michelin Star restaurant, there are a few things you should do maybe came down to pat.
Knowing how to follow a standard recipe, knowing which foods to stir-fry and saute, and knowing how to properly measure ingredients are just a few examples.
Understanding the step-by-step process of cooking lobster is essential if you are a professional chef trying to get ahead in the restaurant industry. A contestant named Jason failed to cook lobster in episode 22 of Hell’s Kitchen. Now, he’s being trolled for it.

During an extremely hot Hell’s Kitchen scene, Jason was called out by one of his Blue Team co-stars. “I’m a little worried about Jason right now,” his co-star said. Just because he works in Michelin-starred restaurants doesn’t mean he’s perfect.”
At one point, Gordon Ramsay lost his temper after gathering everyone from the Blue Team around one of the middle tables. He shouted, “The damn lobster is alive. Who took it out?”
Jason immediately took ownership and admitted he was the one who made the mistake. With disgust, Gordon asked, “What the hell are you doing? I know the first night is stressful, but come on! Need at least three to four more minutes!”
Another Blue Team member playfully added: “Oh my gosh, Jason! What happened, man? I thought you were a ‘big dog’. What’s happening?”

Jason has spent a lot of time building himself into an extremely impressive chef thanks to his Michelin Star restaurant experience.
Somehow, none of his words really matched the energy he displayed in front of Gordon, the Blue Team or the reality TV cameras.
