T-series announced their new movie on X and it left people in disbelief. Why? The company shared that it will make a movie based on a viral tweet about a now-deleted Reddit post.

What is the viral post about?

X user who uses Indian Memes shared a screenshot of a newspaper article about a woman with a terminal illness who asks her husband if she can sleep with her ex one last time.

“My wife has a terminal illness. It is predicted that he will live for a maximum of 9 months. Of course I’m devastated. We’ve been together for a decade. I don’t remember life without her and I don’t know what I’ll do when she’s gone. I was doing my best to brighten up the last days of her life and fulfill every wish I could,” the husband wrote in a now-deleted post, according to the New York Post.

User X, Indian Memes, tweeted: “Why isn’t anyone making a movie about this?” Sharing the post, T-Series wrote, “It’s official, hum bana rahe hain film! Produced by @TSeries and @SuperFatStudios Written by @modyrahulmody [Rahul Mody].”

The posts prompted mixed reactions from people. While some congratulated user X after the announcement of the T-Series, others added that they couldn’t wrap their heads around the news.
