Several dealerships have parted ways with the Oppenheim Group and the popular reality TV show Selling Sunset. Here’s why.

There’s never a shortage of drama when watching new episodes of Selling Sunset on Netflix.

When a real estate agent decides that they no longer want to be a part of the cast, it causes viewers to start asking questions.

Here’s a look at every Sunset Sales agent who has chosen to leave the program so far – and why.

Christine Quinn was charged with bribery

Christine Quinn’s exit from Selling Sunset is arguably the most interesting. She was accused of bribing one of Emma Hernan’s clients before Season 5 ended.

She ignores the reunion instead of using it as an opportunity to protect herself and her position at the Oppenheim Group. Now, she’s focused on her position as founder of a company called RealOpen.

Davina Potratz left to work for a competing brokerage firm

When Davina Potratz left Selling Sunset, it was a quiet departure. She did not post a statement about her decision to leave the show or the Oppenheim Team.

We know that she left the show to start working for a competing brokerage firm called Douglas Elliman in 2020.

Maya Vander’s miscarriage and personal business ventures led to her departure

The loss of Maya Vander from the Selling Sunset cast was devastating to many viewers. Maya shared an Instagram story explaining why she left.

According to Style Caster, the wife and mother of two wrote: “The past few months have not been easy. Losing a baby at 38 weeks after a miscarriage is too much to bear.

“I just want to stay home with my husband and my beautiful children that I love so much. Focusing on growing my Maya Vander Team and joining Compass is the right decision for me moving forward.”

Vanessa Villela feels like she doesn’t fit in

Vanessa Villela decided to leave Sunset Sales to work for a competing brokerage firm, similar to Davina. She started working at The Agency instead of Oppenheim Group.

According to The Tab, she further explained that she didn’t really fit in with her co-stars.

“I always felt like I was the new kid at school,” Vanessa said. Obviously they were extremely successful and it was an incredible show, but I had to create my own life and make my dreams come true.”

Heather Rae El Moussa is rumored to be leaving to focus on her family

Although Heather Rae El Moussa has not made an official announcement about her departure from Selling Sunset, rumors are still circulating.

She’s hinting at wanting to focus more on her husband, two stepchildren, and newborn baby. Focusing on her family life may cause the reality TV crew to take a step back.

Bre Tiesi is rumored to be leaving after causing a storm in the finale

Bre Tiesi caused a storm in the finale of Selling Sunset season 7. Along with her nasty argument with Cassandra Dawn, she had some other major complaints.

Feeling judged by Chelsea Lazkani for her open relationship with Nick Cannon is a problem. Splitting commissions with Jason and Brett Oppenheim was another problem she encountered with her position. As of now, Bre has not announced whether she will officially quit Selling Sunset or not.
